Shipments and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

You agree that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

However, this is very unlikely, and we will do everything in our power to make sure your item arrives in a timely manner and is packaged properly! (You may purchase insurance on items BEFORE purchase by contacting us)

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (usually the SAME or NEXT day) and are shipped via US MAIL without tracking (unless requested BEFORE PURCHASE, additional fees will apply) and drop-off without signature (unless requested BEFORE PURCHASE, additional fees will apply). For overseas orders, additional costs may be applied (duties, tarrifs, etc. WILL BE THE RESPONSIBITY OF BUYER), so please contact us before buying overseas.

Shipping & Handling fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping & Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total items of the shipment (unless orders are made together). We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk (unless you contact us about insurance BEFORE ORDERING, because ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY).

Special Care Is Taken to protect these fragile objects. Boxes/Packages are amply sized and your items are packed inside cardboard slats and are well-protected. ANY DAMAGE WILL BE NEGLIGENCE OF POSTAL SERVICE and must be taken up with postal carrier.

RETURNS:

We apologize, but we DO NOT offer returns, due to people (that ruined it for everyone else) trying to defraud us by returning false items.

WE ASSURE YOU WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO PROTECT YOUR ITEMS, and you WILL receive the EXACT item you saw/ordered from the site! We encourage any buyer to contact us for more pics/info on any item, especially items over $25.00. We will provide/email you larger photes, or any more info requested BEFORE you make your purchase.
